With EJ Montgomery officially staying in the draft, eight members of the 2019-20 Kentucky team are gone. Keion Brooks and Dontaie Allen are the only returning players on scholarship, and although John Calipari added one grad transfer to the roster already in Davion Mintz and has another No. 1 recruiting class coming in, this could be his biggest rebuilding job of all.

As first noted by Chris Fisher, the production Kentucky is losing is staggering:

Next years squad will be tasked with replacing the highest percentage of points and assists in the Calipari Era; the second highest percentage of minutes and blocks; and the third highest percentage of rebounds and steals. The only other squads that can compare are the 2012-13 team that had to follow the National Champions and the 2017-18 team that followed DeAaron Fox, Bam Adebayo, and Malik Monks run to the Elite Eight. Despite having the No. 1 or No. 2 recruiting classes coming in, the 2013 team went to the NIT (in large part due to Nerlens Noels injury) and the 2018 group lost in the Sweet 16.

Real Madrid are likely to spend big in the summer to overhaul their squad in Zinedine Zidanes second spell as manager.

Zizou was brought back in March 2019 following some poor results by his replacement and there looks to be some changes ahead in the near future.

The Blues went on to win the league in his first season but he struggled with a more advanced role under Maurizio Sarri last season.

This campaign has been blighted by niggling injury problems that has limited him to just 18 Premier League games.

The 29-year-old could slot nicely into Zinedine Zidanes side in a midfield alongside Casemiro and Toni Kroos.

Luka Modric is 34 and Madrid will be looking towards the future as Zidane looks to rebuild his side.

The teenage sensation has been linked with a move to Real Madrid despite only having signed for Borussia Dortmund in January.

The striker has smashed in 12 goals in just 11 games for the German side following his move from Red Bull Salzburg, where he started the season with 28 goals in 22 games.

Bild has refuted the reports suggesting that he could be moving to Madrid in the immediate future.

He reportedly has a buyout clause of around 65m, which is an absolute bargain for someone of his talent and potential.

Haaland is unlikely to want to move again in the next transfer window but looking ahead to 2021 he could be on the move again.

Madrid long been admirers of Mbappe and was reportedly very close to joining the LaLiga giants before the coronavirus pandemic wreaked havoc across the globe.

Former PSG player Jerome Rothen claims Mbappe will leave the Ligue 1 club in the summer.

I know from sources that Mbappe almost signed forReal Madrid, he told Radio Monte Carlo.

With what is happening now, it is certain that Mbappes arrival at Real will be postponed.

In no case will there be an extension of Mbappes contract with PSG.

They will have an agreement between them in place because PSG agreed to let him go this summer. In my opinion, its just a question of time.

So a deal to take him to Madrid could still go ahead in the summer.

The Sun report that Real Madrid are still pursuing a move for Sadio Mane in the summer with Zidane pushing for a move for the Liverpool star.

Zidane is thought to be a huge fan of Mane but it could take a bid of around 150m to lure him away from Anfield.

The report also claims that if Mane were to head to Spain they would try and replace him with Mbappe.

So it could be a choice to make for Madrid, Mane or Mbappe in the summer.

Zidane would have the tough task of trying to fit Haaland, Eden Hazard and one of Mbappe or Mane into a front three. It means one would likely have to play out of position but they would still form a deadly trio.

Kante would slot easily into a midfield three alongside Toni Kroos and Casemiro.

Rodrygo has been featuring plenty in his first season and could continue his development in this attacking quartet.

A classic formation that could allow Mbappe, or Mane, to play alongside Haaland as the two central strikers.

The young Norwegian, could form a big man/little man style relationship with his partner but its worth noting Haaland does not lack pace despite his size and this is what makes him so dangerous.

Hazard and Rodrygo would be the left and right wingers respectively with Kante and Casemiro the two central midfielders.

The monumental sculpture was set to be exhibited through April 5th, but its display ended early when the Tate museums group closed its four branches mid-March due to COVID-19. The institutions latest Hyundai commission, Walkers fountain was critically acclaimed and seen by thousands of visitors.

Fons Americanus was constructed with mostly recyclable materialslike reusable cork and woodin accordance with the Tates dedication to environmental sustainability. Last year, Walker told The Art Newspaper: I would hope some aspect of it would have another life. It has all the possibilities for living beyond its present [form]. Walkers previous monumental public artwork, A Subtlety, or the Marvelous Sugar Baby (2014), at Brooklyns Domino Sugar refinery, also ended in demolition.

Walkers 42-foot-tall structure spiraled up from two circular pools of crystalline water. Unveiled in October during Frieze Week, the fountain pulled inspiration from the monumental Victoria Memorial fountain in front of Buckingham Palace. Though the exhibition ended prematurely, video documentation of Walkers work can be viewed on Tates website.

The Lake Mills Area School District Board of Education met for its first virtual meeting Monday and authorized the administration to request the Department of Public Instruction waive the minimum number of instruction hours set in state statutes for this school year due to COVID-19 related school closure.

This gives the administration the authority to fill out any paperwork for DPIs minimum hours of instruction, said Pam Streich, district administrator.

The Lake Mills Area School District is in its third week of virtual learning. Teachers are providing videos for their students and using the districts curriculum. The schools have also been doing daily attendance as a way to keep track of students. For students with individualized education plans staff have been working hard to connect with those families, said Amanda Thompson, director of curriculum and instruction.

Im really impressed with the food service staff and the work theyve been able to do, said Wendy Brockert, business manager.

Brockert discussed a grant the district has applied for to help with costs associated with the food program that is currently going on due to COVID-19.

On April 8, food service staff gave out 3,600 meals, Streich said.

I want to thank Real Hope Community Church for taking charge and feeding families while we were on Spring Break, she said.

Streich discussed a survey that is going out to parents during the virtual learning process saying the district is analyzing that information.

Everyone has really stepped up for the kids, she said of all members of the school district staff including food service, bus drivers, teachers, all staff.

In other business the board:

Approved Dean Health Insurance for the 2020-21 school year with a 0% increase.

Approved Delta Dental for the 2020-21 school year.

Approved hiring Brenda Morris as the LMC director and English teacher at Lake Mills High School.

We were really excited she could accept this position and still teach AP English, Streich said.

Approved hiring Haley Stephens as a math teacher at Lake Mills Middle School.

Accepted the reconsideration of retirement date for Glen Schuenke.

Accepted the land use agreement with Roger and Beth Wiedenfeld for the FFA test plot on County Road B.

They dont charge us anything for the land and its been a great experience for these students, Brockert said.

Approved the 4K agreement with the Lake Mills United Methodist Church for next school year at a 2% increase.

Approved the school nurse agreement with Fort HealthCare.

Accepted a window replacement bid from Baker Glass in Fort Atkinson for $11,200 to replace windows at the high school.

Approved a ventilation bid for the Lake Mills High School Varsity Boys Locker room from 1901 Inc. in Madison for $77,992.

The board accepted of 12,600 in gifts, many related to the COVID-19 pandemic.

They came in quickly and unsolicited, Streich said of the pandemic related gifts.

The board will meet Monday, April 27 for its reorganizational meeting. The next regular board of education meeting will be May 11.

Windows down, door open? That needs a fix.

Some recalls are fairly standard, and some of them are a little quirkier. The latest Chevrolet Bolt EV recall sits in the latter category.

According to documents Chevy's parent automaker General Motors filed with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration late last month, rolling down the rear window could lead to the rear door also opening. That's certainly not good, though it only affects 897 vehicles from the 2019-2020 model years.

The problem rests in a door handle cable that may be too long, GM says in the recall notice. If the windows come in contact with the abnormally long cable, the window rolling downward could damage the cable and eventually let the corresponding rear door swing open. The rear door handle may also stop working from the inside. In both cases, NHTSA says there's an increased risk of injury to passengers in the rear seat of the Bolt EV.

GM already has a remedy for the problem and plans to start notifying owners on May 11. Those with a Bolt EV that includes the faulty door handle cable will need to take their car to a local dealer where a service technician will replace the cable free of charge.
