A Staten Island plumber vowed to keep snaking drains and unclogging toilets as he claimed a $136 million Powerball jackpot on Thursday, but not until he does some adventure travel in upstate New York.

I definitely, definitely will never change, said Anthony Perosi, 56, who bought the $2 ticket on March 14 at the 7-Eleven on Page Avenue in Staten Islands Charleston section.

The plumber, who has played the lottery twice a week for years, plans to keep his day job but wants to take time to see the great outdoors.

Stopping in for a Coors Light and pizza at the Jimmy Max restaurant, he was mistakenly told by his bartender that the winning ticket had been bought at the 7-Eleven but that a teacher had already claimed the prize.

Hopefully, it was someone we know, the bartender, Sandy Smarch, who also works as a plumbers apprentice, recalled telling Perosi.

Without even checking the numbers, Perosi tucked away the golden ticket in a stash he keeps behind a pipe in his basement.
