No, I do not recommend this product.
The Water Heater installed was deffective and did not work properly. I had to go through the warranty process to get it replaced. They questioned me and made very clear that If they came I would have to pay for all expenses if they thought I had broken the unit myself. Finally they came and went to HpmeDepot to get a new unit, but the HomeDepot manager at the store did not know the process did not approve the exchange. The warranty people came back and installed the broken unit again (!) and told me that I had to deal with HD, that they were not going to do it. I contacted again HD and many long calls had to happen until finally someone seemed to take care of my problem. However, they told me that they would contact me the following day to schedule a visit and it took another three days and me calling repeteadly to get it fixed. After many calls, lots of frustration and wasted time, and with the broken unit in my house for two weeks, they replaced the unit. Horrible service.

ORMOND BEACH For more than half a century, a majestic pine tree provided ample shade on Bob Coxs property.
Bob Cox and son Austin Cox prepare to pull a pine tree to the ground Monday as Allen Cole uses a chain saw to bring the tree down at the Coxes home on Ormond Parkway off State Road A1A in Ormond Beach. Cox had been hoping to transplant the tree but that proved to be impractical.
Now it will serve a different purpose.
A month after Cox made a plea in The News-Journal for help in saving a 22-foot Norfolk pine planted close to his Ormond Parkway home, the tree met its maker Monday.
You see a beautiful tree like that and its sad to see it go, he said. The only consolation is were going to use it and make something out of it.
Cox had hoped to save the tree from meeting its demise after being told it could compromise his front walkway and patio. The tree was planted on the property in 1959.
The 64-year-old said he received several calls from people who also were hoping to save the tree. One woman came to inspect the grounds and determined it would likely be impossible to save the tree because it would be difficult to keep the roots intact.
Allen Cole, however, saw other potential for the pine tree. The Volusia man said hed be able to make several pieces of art from the tree, including wooden bowls and vases, one of which he said hed make for Coxs granddaughter.
I thought, I can make something out of that, said Cole, who is a member of the American Wood Turning Association and has been working with wood for more than 50 years. Im glad I could salvage some of it, anyway.

Prepared for the worst: A Maine trooper trains his rifle on the home of the tattooed man. Photo: AP
Norridgewock, Maine: US police armed with assault rifles descended on a man's home after members of a tree removal crew he'd told to leave his property in Maine reported that he had a gun.
But it turns out the "gun" the tree crew had seen on Michael Smith was just a life-sized tattoo of a hand gun on his stomach.
Smith, who works nights, was asleep when the tree crew contracted by a utility to trim branches near power lines, woke him up at about 10am on Tuesday.
In the gun: Michael Smith was not actually armed. Photo: AP
He went outside shirtless and yelled at the workers to leave. When he's not wearing a shirt, the tattoo looks like a gun tucked into his waistband.

Smith told a local newspaper the tattoo has never been a problem before.
Police didn't charge him.

Dear Bel
IT IS approaching the first anniversary of my husbands death and, other than the hospice he died in, Ive nowhere to go to pay my respects.
Because of his illness, we were only married for six months, but prior to this we had eight wonderful years together.
A man can spend all his life running . . . He should stop and think . . . Then he should pick something that will better him, that is good for him, and try to achieve it. Then hes running towards something.
From The Shiralee by DArcy Niland (Australian writer, 1917-67)
My problem is his son. He never wanted us to be married and I have always believed it was due to the inheritance, but he did seem to accept it until my husbands death, as I was to discover.
I can assure you he was well provided for in the will, which I actually persuaded my husband to change in his favour.
The son arranged everything for the funeral and finally revealed his true feelings about me at the service.

Dulaney High School is one of the top high schools in the state in terms of academics, but its decades-old water pipes aren't performing as well.
Three times in the past year pipes have burst. In one instance, water filled the orchestra pit in the auditorium during a winter break and ruined musical instruments. In another, the school lobby was flooded and assistant principals joined custodians as they desperately tried to sweep water out the front door while a plumber worked to shut off the flow.
These stories, as well as the lack of air conditioning, the rusted sinks, cloudy windows and cracked tiles, motivated parents Kristin Panousos and Lisa McClellan to begin a campaign to fix the school. With all the other responsibilities teachers and administrators have this year, said Panousos, "I am blown away they are dealing with a building that is crumbling around them."
Dulaney is one of the many school buildings across Baltimore County in need of repairs and upgrades, according to a new report by a consultant for the school board. The assessment rated each of the 173 buildings, giving them a score of one to five. A five was given to just 13 schools, most either built or renovated in the past several years. The majority of schools received a two or a three.
Fourteen schools scored below a two, indicating serious problems. The lowest score, a 1.03, went to Colgate Elementary, in the southeastern part of the county. The 90-year-old building contains asbestos, lacks air conditioning and is on a busy street. The wiring and pipes need replacing, there's no sprinkler system, the corridors are narrow and the lighting is poor, according to the report.
Despite its problems and those at Dulaney, there are no plans to address the deficiencies.
Although the county has committed to spend $1.1 billion to repair and replace schools in the next decade, a good portion of that money will be spent simply trying to keep up with school system enrollment, which has grown by 5,000 students over the past five years.
Many of Baltimore County's elementary schools are bursting at the seams, with trailers accommodating the overflow. According to school system figures, there were 2,900 more students in the elementary schools this year than there were seats or what the state rates the schools to hold.
As in Baltimore, where $980 million will be invested in the next several years for upgrades and renovations to city schools, the county has schools that are aging, lack air conditioning and haven't been updated in years. But unlike the city, which after years of declining enrollment has too many seats, the county faces pressure to upgrade schools at the same time it must build new ones.
The county has built several new elementary schools in recent years in the Towson area, where the overcrowding has been the worst, but more schools need to be added in other fast-growing areas.

Two of five people who died Sunday morning in a fire at a senior living high-rise in Castle Hills have been identified. City officials, meanwhile, acknowledged that the building did not have a sprinkler system in place.
According to the Bexar County Medical Examiner, Jose O. Gonzales, 73, and Karen Rae Betz, 74, died around 6 a.m. when a fire gutted at least one floor of the 11-story Wedgwood Senior Living apartments in the 6700 block of Blanco Road.
Gonzales who lived next door to apartment 302, where authorities believe the blaze started died from smoke inhalation and complications due to cardiovascular disease, according to the medical examiner. The cause and manner of death for Betz, who lived in apartment 701, has not yet been determined.
Karen Betz was a widow who moved from Iowa to San Antonio in 2009, according to her son and daughter, Michael and Michelle Betz.
She came down here because I'm retired military and I was living here, and she wanted to move to where it was warmer, Michelle Betz said. She would bake and cook and take things to her neighbors.
On Sunday morning, Karen Betz called her sister to say there was smoke in the hallways. The sister then called Michelle Betz.
There had been false alarms. Sometimes, there would be some smoke. She would report the guy down the hall because he'd be smoking. And so, you didn't know when the alarms went off. This was the real thing, Michelle Betz said, her voice trailing off.
The siblings said they await the results of the investigation and an autopsy, but added that she will be buried in Iowa and services will be there. Karen Betz's husband, Allan, worked at John Deere in Iowa for several years. He passed away a few years ago.
Authorities have not yet released the identities of the three others who were killed because they had been only tentatively identified and next of kin had not been notified.
Castle Hills Mayor Tim Howell described the fire as the worst catastrophe the city has experienced to his knowledge. In a tweet to his followers Sunday afternoon, Gov.-elect Greg Abbott said he is praying for the victims of the fire and expressed thanks to first-responders.

Members of the South-Asian community discussed the impact of immigration reforms during a recent forum sponsored by the Indian Business Association (IBA).
This was a very important seminar that we felt addressed a need in the community, IBA President Dhiren Amin said of the Dec. 18 event at the Mirage Banquet Hall, Oak Tree Road, Edison.
President Barack Obama unveiled his new immigration initiatives on Nov. 20, seeking to repair what he termed a broken immigration system.
Part of his plan provides deferred action or the ability to remain in the country temporarily to undocumented immigrants who have been in America for more than five years or have children who are citizens or legal residents of the U.S. To be considered for such status, one must register, pass a criminal background check and begin paying taxes.
The president also said he would step up border patrols to prevent new arrivals of undocumented individuals and will seek to deport those who break the law.
Most people woke up the day after the president announced the orders and asked, Whats next? Hopefully we answered some questions, Amin said.
To answer those questions, three speakers addressed the crowd, sharing insights and information.
Satish Poondi, an attorney with Woodbridge based Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, spoke about the goals and potential impacts of Obamas order.
