The tour starts out with a view of the front of the restaurant and a "mock up" version of a new logo. The Restaurant was formerly known as Zia Cafe will be reopening in the next few weeks by one of the previous owners, David Campos. The restaurant currently seats 100 and has a beautiful up floor dining section also with a fireplace and villa patios to watch parades while you dine. The menu will have an emphasis on quality Southwest Mex with fusion and healthy small plates.
