The government might be shutdown, but Joe the Plumber is ready to work. For a fee, of course.

Joe, whose real name is Samuel Joseph Wurzelbacher and was launched into the national media spotlight during the 2008 election, included his rock star rates, which he said would be donated towards the national debt.

Wurzelbacher didnt attack Congress or the shutdown directly, however expressed anger towards others running this country.

I tell ya, if tradesmen were in charge and running this country things would get fixed as in repaired not fixed as in corrupt the way they are now. Thats a fact. But were too busy keeping the country running, although perhaps that will change soon enough, he wrote.

Wurzelbacher also ran an unsuccessful bid for Congress in 2012, running as the Republican candidate against Rep. Marcy Kaptur (D-Ohio) for Ohios 9th district seat.
