OTHER MONTHS is a three-part feature film about Nash, a directionless young plumber. Nash lingersin bars, in nightclubs, in the arms of strangershungry for intimacy, but is always coming up short. However, in the heady rush of sex, in the ecstatic pulse of a dance floor, in the electric punch of a confrontation with deathin these access points to the animalhe finds a certain undeniable potency. These moments in turn excite, terrify, and ultimately leave Nash with a profound longing. A character study, a visual tone poem, a headspace, OTHER MONTHS encompasses nearly a year in Nashs life.
