WARSAW, Ill. A tour of homes is planned from 1 to 5 p.m. on Sunday to raise money for the Warsaw High School afterprom.

The tour includes four homes and a church.

A $10 ticket admits one person to all five locations. Tickets will be available at each home the day of the tour.

Gound Home

The Bob and Amy Gound home is located at 1405 Francis Sartory Road, Warsaw.

The Gound home has 1,880 square feet on 13.62 acres in a country setting close to town and schools.

The home features an open floor plan. The great-room has vaulted ceilings finished in cedar, large triangle windows and wood burning fireplace with cultured stone.

The kitchen has a built-in double oven, an island with electric cook top and hickory cabinets. There are three bedrooms and two baths on the main level. The master bedroom has vaulted ceilings, and the master bath features a sunken Jacuzzi tub with shower and a two-sink vanity.

Floors are tile and laminate throughout the house. The full finished basement features two bedrooms, a bath, a large family room with stone and granite bar, plus a game room.

Outside is an attached 24-by-26-foot garage, a large deck with screened-in porch, a 30-by-45-foot metal building with a horse stall, and a pasture and hayfield.
