Comment: This project requires installation and painting the whole apartment. The apartment is less than 1000sqft. We have a multitude of problems for this apartment which has not been renovated for the past 25+ years. The crown molding has lifted from the wall. The bathroom floor is uneven. And Many cracks and open spaces that need to be closed in order to avoid pests. Looking for a dump truck as well that we could use to dispose of all furniture.
