Preventative roof maintenance isnt just a good idea, its a necessity. Most issues with roofs start very small, such as a small leak or even a few, which can be fixed at a low-cost. If those issues go unnoticed however, you may be dealing with a much larger issue down the road. Often times water from a leak will saturate everything thats between the roof and your ceiling when left unchecked, and can result in major problems later; such as mold, rot and/or rot in your sheet rock and roof decking. We recommend inspecting your roof one to two times a year to ensure that youre aware of the small problems that could be occurring before they become big ones.
