Huntsville's Newest Shopping Destination Is Underway! (September 7, 2011) -- Colonial Promenade Huntsville, with Wal-Mart Supercenter as its' anchor, is a 53-acre development planned to be built in three phases. The first phase of the project includes a 180000 square foot Wal-Mart and up to 90000 square feet of additional commercial space, primarily retail and restaurants.
