On a sunny Friday afternoon at the end of April YoChicago's Joe Askins and Joe Zekas headed out for a look at four Near North construction projects: the SoNo II rental tower, Parkside of Old Town apartments, the demolition of the last Cabrini Green high-rise, and 1233 N Wells, our stop in this video. Demolition is complete and soon caissons will be sunk 90 feet to bedrock.
