After 40 years of excellence in the roofing industry, Jurin Roofing Services continues to grow with the addition of their newest team member DJ Shirley who will be the new sales representative for their Central Florida office located in Dundee, FL. DJ brings with him 10 years of roofing industry experience ranging from quality control, site supervision and sales management to running his own residential roofing company for 6 years.

However if you ask the team at Jurin Roofing about their sales force they will tell you that they dont have a sales force. To the Jurin Roofing family they are roofing solutions representatives. Jurin Roofing is well known for their consultant-style approach to sales by working to educate and raise their clients level of awareness regarding the choices that are available to them in order to resolve their roofing problems and develop a solution that enhances the buyers position and improves the functionality of their building and their business.

It was this different approach to sales that first attracted DJ Shirley to Jurin Roofing. My personal mantra echoes Jurin Roofing's mantra in that I don't believe in selling the the quick fix. I prefer to offer calculated and educated long-term solutions that will not only address the current scenario but leave the business or property owner in a better position than when we first met. My mission is to partner with our clients instead of just going on to the next sale.

DJ also believes that he is more than just a salesman. I consider myself to be more than just a sales professional, but instead a problem solver. When my clients have roof problems or issues, I work to find the solution that best meets their needs quickly and efficiently while offering the most long term solution. I am very excited to bring my experience to Jurin Roofing and begin to expand our presence in the professional market place as well as the community.
