ATLANTA - Two teaching assistants were caught on camera allegedly beating special needs students in Atlanta. The video shows them allegedly slapping and choking the students. At one point one of the students falls off a chair. The woman who taped this says she thought something was wrong in the classroom, so she set up a hidden camera.
