Mens Sheds meet at Nailsea Fire Station in Pound Lane once a month to enjoy shed-based activities while socialising.

The group is part of the Mens Sheds Association which was set up to encourage men to socialise and reduce isolation.

There are currently four members in the Nailsea branch, which provides a safe place for men to meet and talk about relevant issues, while working on shed-based projects or on the allotment.

Members are looking for unwanted work benches, tools, gardening implements, containers, old railway stock, wood or metal.

To donate to the cause or to find out more call Phill Wheatley on 07985 405777 or go along to the next meeting at the fire station on Monday from 3-4pm.
