POLICE are hunting thieves who rifled through 10 sheds on an allotment.

Gardeners based at Crown Bank Allotments in Talke Pits discovered their sheds had been targeted early yesterday morning.

FORCED LOCK: Dave Plimbley in one of the sheds which has been broken into at Crown Bank Allotments, right.

Thieves had forced a gap in fencing to get into the allotments, which is bordered by houses on Kingsley Road, High Street and Monument Road.
