Our knight in shining armour!!! After four days of calling all kinds of tree services, light, phone, cable, anyone with a bucket that would reach up that high.... all to no avail. Seems cats aren #39;t that important to many... including the town of Haddam who didn #39;t make so much as one fucking call to try and get this poor treed cat to safety. She spent five days and four nights up in that tree, one whole night and day was rain coupled with temps in the mid thirties. I finally phoned yet another tree service.... NELSON #39;S TREE REMOVAL!!! Within minutes of leaving them a message, Paul Nelson himself phoned me and we arranged to meet mid day. This saint of a man didn #39;t charge me a dime for his time and effort. Something I will never forget. I offered him lifetime dog training as a small token of my appreciation. I simply HAD to hug him... poor guy just didn #39;t know what to do. I #39;m sure he was thinking... "OH NO!!! A HUGGER!!! LOL I want to name her in his honour but Paula doesn #39;t cut it for me, and Nelson is kind of butch sounding... don #39;t you think?
