Molderizer.com Announces It's Green Mold Remediation Products, Which Were Only Available To Select Mold Companies … - February 1, 2012 by Mr HomeBuilder

Molderizer.com announced that it's green mold remediation products will now be available to the public. After having previous commitments with some of the more larger mold remediation companies, Molderizer.com has created a new agreement in which all mold companies can drive profits with the unique mold cleaner and encapsulation formulation.

Fort Lauderdale, Florida (PRWEB) February 01, 2012

It appears that MyCleaningProducts.com, the company responsible for it's green bean line of mold remediation products. Have recently renewed there product license agreement with some very highly profitable mold remediation companies. This means, what was once only available to select mold remediation companies. Now will be available to all mold contractors and mold sufferers.

The new product line includes two new green products. These non-toxic mold products are specifically formulated to do two important steps in cleaning black mold and mildew. The first product is called Molderizer, which is to break down the DNA of mold spores. The second product, is a unique formula which creates a barrier on surfaces to prevent mold spores from reproducing. The science behind Safe Shield will literally suffocate mold spores to prevent future amplification.

MyCleaningProducts.com states that Molderizer is a non-toxic mold cleaner which breaks down the DNA of mold spores. This green formula allows mold remediation companies to use the product during a typical mold remediation without worrying about toxic chemicals or future mold outbreaks.

The second piece of the new mold kit is called Safe Shield. This green product also breaks down the DNA of mold spores, but is primarily focused as a secondary application to create a clear barrier on any surface, which will entrap mold spores thus killing them.

MyCleaningProducts.com CEO, Markus Skupeika states "It has finally happened. We are now able to offer our Molderizer and Safe Shield new formulations to the public. What was once only available to large mold remediation companies is now available to large mold companies, and small companies, as well as consumers. We can happily say our past clients have profited extremely well using the new formulas. After rigid testing with these companies, we have come to the agreement to share the technology and bring Molderizer to the public."

Markus Skupeika, the CEO of MyCleaningProducts.com also states: "Molderizer offers a fast non-toxic solution to kill mold and prevent future mold amplification. The Molderizer kit has helped 1,000's of mold professionals to easily pass clearance tests, which occur after a mold remediation project. This increase in successful clearance tests are saving mold contractors thousands in project and labor costs."

Till the end of February, Molderizer.com is now offering a complimentary sample of the Molderizer kit.

Florala church getting help rebuilding - February 1, 2012 by Mr HomeBuilder

    Published 12:28am Wednesday, February 1, 2012

They’re workin’ on a building – or at least that’s what was happening Tuesday at the former Westside Baptist Church site in Florala.

Pastor Phil McMillian said workers were putting the finishing touches on the church’s new foundation after a May 2009 fire destroyed the previous structure.

Now, thanks to a partnership with the volunteer organization “Carpenters for Christ” and two other church organizations, work will begin in March on the church building.

“As part of their ongoing ministry, Carpenters for Christ have volunteered eight days of their time in March to dry in the church,” McMillian said. “We prayed that the Lord would pave the way for a new church, and He did.”

McMillan said discussions were held over the summer on how to secure a new building. Since the fire, services have been held in a portable building, which sat directly in front of the building’s former foundation.

“The whole project is really a step of faith for us,” McMillian said. “If we had to pay out of pocket for this church it would cost us somewhere around $300,000, and we all know we didn’t have that kind of money.”

Through the CFC program, volunteers assist a “construction need for the Lord’s work” by attempting to “build the body of Christ world wide through physically constructing orphanages, shelters and worship centers.” Those using the program are only required to provide materials for the project and to assist in securing supplies to help feed the volunteers.

The group traveling to Florala will consist of 75 volunteers and 25 cooks. They will be housed at Florala’s First Baptist Church.

“When they leave here, it will begin to look like a church,” McMillian said. “Then in April, there’s a group of 20 from the First Baptist Church in Palatka, Fla., who is coming to finish the inside. After that, we think we have another group who’s going to come and lay the brickwork. When it’s all said and done, we’ll have our church back.”

Church members have hosted an assortment of fundraising to help with the building costs. Another, this one a bake sale and yard sale, is set for Saturday beginning at 8 a.m.

“Right now, we’re asking for prayers and support in our efforts to rebuild God’s house,” McMillian said. “Anyone who feels moved to help us in any way, shape or form, it would be greatly appreciated.”

Those wishing to make donations to the building fund may mail them to P.O. Box 253, Florala, AL 36442 or contact Barbara Holley at 334-858-6623.

Premier Blind Corner System From Shelves that Slide - February 1, 2012 by Mr HomeBuilder

Arizona company creates new, innovative organizer system for homes with ‘wasted’ corners in kitchens and countertops.

Phoenix, Arizona (PRWEB) February 01, 2012

Local Arizona company, Shelves that Slide, announced Friday the production of the new Premier Blind Corner organization system for kitchens.

The Premier Corner system works to provide space in kitchens with ‘wasted’ corners. In some kitchens, counter space will end abruptly, making it difficult to utilize the entire space. This blind corner system alleviates the empty space and gives homeowners a choice for more shelving space.

“Home owners that suffer from unfilled corners, where the counter ends without reaching the wall, now have a solution for the wasted space,” said Steve Edling, founder and owner of Shelves that Slide. “This Premier Blind Corner system continues the counter space while also offering extra shelving units.”

Consisting of hardware adaptable to the left or right, this blind corner system is designed with slide and pivot fixtures, as well as heavy gauge chrome plated baskets. The slide and pivot fixtures allow the extended counter space to reach either side, while the baskets provide extra shelving.

Shelves that Slide develops and creates the pullout kitchen appliances in a showroom in Anthem, Arizona. The company designs products that can be used to help organize the kitchen, bathroom, garage and office.

The Carpet and Rug Institute (CRI) and The National Floor Safety Institute (NFSI) Partner to Reduce Slips and Falls - February 1, 2012 by Mr HomeBuilder

The Carpet and Rug Institute (CRI) and The National Floor Safety Institute (NFSI) are partnering to reduce slips and falls by promoting the installation of NFSI-certified entrance matting, and carpeting wherever possible.

Dalton, GA (PRWEB) February 01, 2012

The Carpet and Rug Institute (CRI) and The National Floor Safety Institute (NFSI) are partnering to reduce slips and falls by promoting the installation of NFSI-certified entrance matting, and carpeting wherever possible.

“It has been well-established by both OSHA and insurance companies that well-maintained carpet provides good protection against slips and falls,” said Werner Braun, president of CRI. “By also recommending floor matting certified by the National Floor Safety Institute (NFSI) as High-Traction, CRI believes responsive consumers will benefit greatly through cleaner carpet and safer floors.”

“Carpet is ideal for cushioning footsteps, reducing slips and falls and minimizing injury when falls do occur,” said Russ Kendzior, founder of NFSI. “In addition, the NFSI and CRI are planning to conduct a joint study on the effectiveness of entrance floor matting in removing moisture from pedestrian footwear.”

Carpet’s inherently greater safety is borne out by a study of 225 “slip and fall incidents” from hospital records of older patients, according to CRI. Of the group falling on carpet, only 17 percent sustained injury. In the group falling on hard surface flooring, nearly 50 percent sustained injury.

CRI and NFSI will collaborate on articles and press releases in 2012, highlighting the importance of better flooring choices and maintenance.

About Carpet and Rug Institute (CRI)

Based in Dalton, Georgia, the Carpet and Rug Institute (CRI) is a nonprofit trade association representing the manufacturers of more than 95 percent of all carpet made in the United States, as well as their suppliers and service providers. CRI coordinates with other segments of the industry, such as distributors, retailers and installers, to help increase consumers’ satisfaction with carpet and to show them how carpet creates a better environment.

Policy is determined by a board of directors composed of chief executive officers from member companies and is implemented by a full-time professional staff. Additional member company personnel provide time and expertise to more than 40 committees and subcommittees. The wide range of assembled information provides a focal point for issue discussion and a voice for the industry. The overall fields of interest are technical services, member services, governmental and consumer affairs, and public relations. CRI membership and staff are intensely involved in facilitating cooperative solutions to all industry challenges.

The National Floor Safety Institute (NFSI)

The National Floor Safety Institute (NFSI) was founded in 1997 as a not-for-profit 501 (c)(3) organization whose mission is to aid in the prevention of slips, trips-and-falls through education, research, and standards development.

The NFSI is led by a fifteen-member Board of Directors representing product manufacturers, insurance underwriters, trade associations, and independent consultants.

Paul Appleby delays retirement for six months - February 1, 2012 by Mr HomeBuilder

Paul Appleby is to remain on in his position as Director of Corporate Enforcement for six months pending the appointment of a replacement.

It is understood he agreed the measure with the Government today to facilitate a smooth transition for his replacement and his continued leadership of the Anglo investigation.

Mr Appleby said this morning that his decision to retire would not impede the office's work in the Anglo Irish Bank investigation and said if his assistance was required, he would make himself available.

He said the decision to step down "followed a period of reflection and discussion of my position with my wife and family in recent weeks".

Mr Appleby will be paid a retirement lump sum of €225,000 and have an annual pension of €73,000 following his 39 years of service in the civil service.

He will receive the first €200,000 of his lump sum tax-free.

His current salary of €146,000 is in line with pay for an assistant secretary general for a Government department. It was reduced from €150,000 in January 2010.

Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform Brendan Howlin has welcomed the fact that Mr Appleby will stay in his job for another six months.

Mr Howlin said the Government is keen that the very important inquiries being carried out by Mr Appleby's office carry on in a seamless fashion and come to a conclusion.

Speaking on RT?'s Six-One News, Mr Howlin said that after engaging with Mr Appleby today he is glad there will be no disruption to his work.

He said the first he heard of Mr Appleby wanting to retire was at Cabinet today from Richard Bruton, but he understood a letter was received in the Department of Jobs and Enterprise in the last day or two.

Mr Howlin said he had asked last year for anyone contemplating leaving to give as much notice as they could, so departments could plan to ensure there is no disruption to the general work of the public services.
