Submitted Stock Signature Homes Majorca Grande is one of the models being showcased at CBIA's Multi-Site Parade of Homes at Quail West that ends today.
Stock Signature Homes Majorca Grande fully-furnished model and McGarvey Custom Homes Hayworth designer-decorated estate model highlight a group of Quail West models being showcased during the 2014 CBIA Multi-Site Parade of Homes that ends today.
The Majorca Grande and Hayworth residences were named recipients of CBIA awards at a CBIA awards presentation event held March 6. The Quail West residences included on the Parade remain available for viewing today from noon to 5 p.m. at the 1,180-acre golf course community in North Naples.
Located in Quail Wests prestigious North Lake neighborhood, Stocks Majorca Grande model was named recipient of a CBIA Merit Award. The Majorca Grandes 4,207-square-foot floor plan includes four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a study, formal living and dining rooms, a double island gourmet kitchen with a counter height bar, a family room, and a three-car garage.
In keeping with the homes architectural design that is focused on connectivity and creating entertainment friendly spaces, the living room and family room feature fully pocketing sliders that open the entire living area of the home to the outdoors.
The outdoor living area includes a covered lanai that features conversation and dining areas, a fireplace, and an optional summer kitchen and island bar. The covered outdoor spaces overlook a custom pool and spa.
The Majorca Grandes interior has been designed by Marc Michaels Interior Design. The neo-traditional interior design features five-inch plank mocha colored hand scraped wood flooring throughout the home that is set against a color palette of sandy beiges and taupes with peacock accents. A double-sided canvas art piece suspended in space by x-patterned cables separates the homes foyer from the formal dining room.
McGarveys Hayworth estate model received the CBIAs Best Overall Construction and Design Award in its price category. The 5,068-square-foot under air Hayworth features a great room floor plan with a grand parlour, formal dining room, study, four bedrooms, four full baths and two half baths, a wet bar, wine room, a three-car garage with dedicated golf cart parking, a two-car garage, and an outdoor living area with a summer kitchen, bar, fireplace, pool and spa.
The interior of the Hayworth model was designed by Arlynn McDaniel of Freestyle Interiors.
