My husband is very handy and tries to keep up our dryer vents but there were just areas it would be impossible for a non-professional to do, so don't risk it! Dewayne was great! Came out and got rid of birds nests in our ducts and even took on a nasty hornets nest for us. He was so thorough that he came inside and cleaned out the vents from the dryer. What was impressive is that he took the time to re tape some loose connections in the duct. He plans on coming back in a week or 2 to get the last duct as he didn't want to disrupt a baby birds nest until they got strong enough to fly out. Great guy!

Dewayne was one of the best contractors I've ever had in my house. He was professional, courteous and friendly. He also knew what he was doing! My dryer went from taking four hours to dry a large load to only taking 45 minutes to get it very dry.Dewayne explained everything he found and how his equipment works as he went. Wow! I left left a bad review for Dwayne and A+ in error! My mistake, Dwane was on time easy to work with and explained everything so I understood and knew that my dryer Vent had been checked and cleaned. It was his visit and patient insights that helped me to understand my pre previous provider hadn't done anything, except to overcharge me. Talked to Dewayne on Monday of this week and he got me scheduled the same week to clean my dryer vents and remove a bird nest that had been built. Don't even know where to begin!!! After a long month of not having a dryer (3 month old brand new dryer stopped working), we finally had a new one delivered. When the guy took it away, he noticed that it had a lot of water in it. Hence, we had probably ruined our new dryer ourselves b/c of the dryer duct. We were told not to use the new one until we had the vent cleaned out. I quickly got on Yelp and my husband gave DeWayne a call. All of these reviews are true!!!! He was awesome!!!! He listened to our story and told us he was really busy and booked for another week but if he could come out later that day he would let us know. DeWayne called around 6 pm that night and said he would be at our house in 30 minutes. I was honestly blown away. There aren't many businesses now a days that have TRUE customer service! He was at our house for an hour and we can not thank him enough for all he did for us. He has gained a customer for life!!!!! If you ever have any air duct issues, Dewayne is your guy!!!!

Dwayne came out to clean our dryer vent which turned into a much bigger project. He was able to determine that someone had broken off an old tool in the vent causing that was causing damage to the house as well as a fire danger. He persevered until he was able to the the vent cleared. I highly recommend Dwayne and plan on having him back regularly to clean our ducts.

I made an an appt to get my dryer vent cleaned with A+ after reading the first review. The guy who booked my appointment was very nice on the phone but who cares when they cost: $150-175 for dryer vent cleaning alone!Later the same day, I flipped through the coupon value catalog that comes in the mail. Within just a few minutes I found at least 2 or more other local companies that had a Spring clean special for just $49 to clean your dryer vent!!! Needless to say, I canceled with A+ and think that unfortunately, they are well overpriced.

Certainly recommended. Very professional and thorough with his work. I would certainly use his company again.
