Why Does it Need Maintained?

A regularly maintained septic tank should have good water flow into the tank and good flow out to the drain. The tank level should always be below the inlet pipe (the pipe exiting your house) allowing the toilet drain to have proper flow.

A septic tank that has NOT been properly maintained will have restricted water flow into the tank, the tank outlet may be blocked and the tank level may rise above the inlet pipe, causing the toilet drains to gurgle and not flush properly.

While Public Memory's prominent krautrock and trip-hop rhythms are represented here, Demolition explores a greater range of tempos and an expanse of alien emotions with layers of electronic drums, live drums, Korg synths and samples from nature. Themes of rebirth and reflection imbue the album's atmosphere, rich in tape delay, spring reverb, and textures that conjure a sci fi and supernatural narrative.

Toher's adept use of space and tension articulates the world of Demolition as eerie, emotive, and above all, narcotic. Each track is an existential procession. "Turning out the lights on your illusion," Toher sings to close the album, accepting that change is an inescapable condition of being.

The removal of 2/3 or more of structural framing members, coupled with the modification of the exterior envelope, is classified as complete demolition and must comply with the requirements of this section.

The price of mold removal varies significantly per job because all jobs are different in size and scope. We are happy to provide a ballpark price if you contact us via phone or email and provide us with information about the problem (photos help tremendously).

To arrive at our final quoted price we will need to see the situation in person. But the good news is that we provide free estimates!

Our minimum charge to come out for a mold inspection is $350, which includes 2 indoor samples and 1 outdoor control sample. If you need more than 2 indoor samples, we charge $50 per each additional sample needed. Often 2 samples though is enough. When extra samples are needed, usually its just an extra sample or two. So you can expect to pay between $350 and $450 for a mold inspection from Moldman. You will receive a copy of the lab results (we send samples off to a 3rd party lab to be analyzed) and a written report that we put together. Note: many companies do not provide a report written report and you are left to interpret the lab results on your own.

*Mold testing though is usually NOT needed and a waste of money if there is an obvious visible mold problem. In this case, you can save the $350 and just get rid of the mold or a hire a professional to do so. For more info on this topic, please contact us.
