Dear Katie,

Last year I bought a house with a drive that I cannot park on. There are several objects on the pavement blocking my car from getting in. They include a bin and a bench, and I have recently obtained planning permission from the council to have them removed at my own expense.

Also in the way is a Virgin Media cabinet. Around a year ago I contacted Virgin Media to see if it could be moved. This, once the bin and bench are gone, would finally allow me to park my car on my drive.
