As always Steve did an excellent job, hes been our guy for the past 9 years I guess here, servicing our heat pump can't say enough about him and your company and the good job that you do. So we are happy campers. The only other thing I can say is you talk to the owner and recommend that Steve gets a raise. Thanks appreciate it.

I have had a service contract with these guys for 10 years now. As someone who would forget to schedule my prepaid tune-ups, they are good about calling me to remind me. They have repaired my old furnace, and subsequently installed a heat pump and new furnace, and I have no complaints. The staff is cordial and helpful, and I am always satisfied with their service.

Why cant all service companies operate like this? Pacific set up an appointment that easily met our schedule and arrived early. The two technicians were polite and professional, and put on booties so as not to track any dirt on our wood floors. The work was performed exactly as stated, it was thorough, and the two service techs could not have been nicer people. They explained what was being done, and why. They cleaned up after themselves, and there was no dirt. We signed up for an annual service contract as a result and are looking forward to working with them for our HVAC needs.

We had them clean our air duct system. They definitely took their time and made sure they got every vent. It was also nice of them that they had put in a brand new filter (quality one) for free as well. They also cleaned the dryer vent. They did quality work that is FOR SURE. If you are having a newborn and need your vents to be cleaned (quality clean) they are the ones to go! They also did not do any pressure sales. I heard from friends that other places try to do pressure sales for a UV light thing (not exactly sure what it is), but they never said anything about it. Overall, I am VERY satisfied and will definitely call them again. They are also very professional as well.

Youre employees involved in installing the new system: Jason, Russ, Gage and Bruce were friendly, knowledgeable and did the job right. My duct work was completed by Jerred and Zach and they answered all my questions. The initial contact, beginning the process of purchasing or not was with Donovan, he is a great addition to your team he explained everything to me. Not to be left out, the office staff who scheduled the dates of work, call to leave reminders and check in on my service were terrific. Thank you Pacific Air Systems, your company is outstanding from beginning to end.
