GSH Group Wins Three Year Contract to Provide HVAC Services for New York City Department of Correction

The contract, valued at over $2.7 million, is for HVAC services at various Department facilities.

Contract start of August 2014, GSH provides on call, as necessary repairs, replacements, new installations, diagnostic services and maintenance to central HVAC equipment and systems to over a portfolio of 16 Department of Correction facilities.

GSH services this contract with its skilled roving journeymen workforce supported by the companys in-house call center. GSHs call center is operational 24/7/365 and is furnished with a computerized maintenance management system for work planning and labor tracking. Journeymen are equipped with handheld devices for electronic dispatch and receipt of work orders, cutting down on administrative paperwork while permitting more time in the field.
