Encore Development LLC, a Naples-based real estate development firm owned by Mark DiSabato and Rick Armalavage, has begun construction on two more homes in the heart of Naples.

According to DiSabato, these unique homes are the latest offerings from Encore Development, a company experienced in delivering beautiful Naples homes in the neighborhoods west of U.S. 41. The homes feature spacious and highly functional floor plans, outfitted with the highest quality finishes and enticing outdoor living areas.

The market is very strong in Naples right now, especially for new, one-of-a-kind custom-built homes like these, said DiSabato. We have already successfully built and recently sold multiple homes on West Boulevard Court, Central Avenue and 11th Avenue South.
