Keeping pests away is a big problem for many homeowners. Mosquitoes, ticks, fire ants and chiggers are just a few of the long list of insects that can invade and take over your yard. When only a few months are nice enough to truly enjoy a beautiful yard, it is important to keep those bugs out of sight. Pestigation techniques are now a mainstream idea that homeowners can seamlessly implement into their homes sprinkler system.
Donnie Yarbrough, owner of Skeetobusters, said, This simple installation will help customers enjoy their yard for the spring, summer, and fall. With threats such as West Nile looming large in most of the United States, pesticides are becoming increasingly popular. Most pesticides are harmful, and will drive away beneficial insects that pollinate and protect your plants. Not only are these chemicals dangerous, but they require a lot of time and patience to spread around the yard. The Skeetobusters pestigation method attaches directly to a customers sprinkler system to fertilize and kill mosquitos automatically when the sprinkler system runs.
Skeetobusters products are 100% organic and are not harmful to the environment, people, pets or the beneficial insects like bees and butterflies in a lawn. Sprinkler Warehouse carries the tanks, concentrate and other materials necessary to fully automate the organic pesticides into the sprinkler system. We think that Skeetobusters products are going to be very popular with our customers who cant find a solution to their mosquito problems, stated the owner of Sprinkler Warehouse, Steve Okelberry.
In order to fulfill all the orders Skeetobusters was receiving, they have partnered up with Sprinkler Warehouse, the largest online supplier of irrigation parts in the United States. As a Google Trusted Store with a 97% on-time shipping rate, Sprinkler Warehouse is a reliable platform for Skeetobusters to launch their product.

DOZENS of sheds and cars have been broken into in just three weeks in a mini crimewave in Wrington.
Police have received 41 reports of burglaries and thefts in the Wrington and Redhill area since January 10 - 21 of which have happened since last Friday.
Thieves have been targeting insecure sheds and vehicles and one property was also broken into.
Police have now upped patrols in the area and have handed out hundreds of crime prevention letters across the village.
It is understood that the crimes are being carried out by a gang or group of villans which have been targeting the village.
A police spokesman said: "We are currently investigating a number of burglaries and thefts in the Wrington and Redhill areas.
" Most of the crimes have targeted insecure sheds and vehicles.
"In response to this we have increased our patrols in the area using local staff and also using road policing officers and dog handlers.
"The local neighbourhood team and police cadets have delivered more than 300 crime prevention letters to local homes and the mobile police station has visited the affected areas."

Orlando-area hotels broke a record in 2013: highest-ever revenue per available room.
Called RevPAR, the figure is a way to measure the average revenue generated per day by each available guestroom in the market. In 2013, it hit $72.04, up 7.8 percent compared with a year ago, according to Smith Travel Research, which tracks hotel data.
That tally was enough to narrowly beat the previous record of $71.79, which was set in 2007 at the pre-recession height of the local hotel market.
Still, there is a wide disparity in RevPAR among Orlando's various submarkets. Lake Buena Vista, which enjoys high occupancy and the area's highest average daily rates, recorded revenue per available room of $88.29. West Kissimmee, where rates are much cheaper and average occupancy is the lowest in the market, had RevPAR of $34.09.
Southwest 'on track' with AirTran
Fresh off a record annual profit announced Thursday, Southwest Airlines said it is on track to retire the AirTran brand by the end of the year.
The Dallas-based airline, which is the busiest carrier at Orlando International Airport, said it plans to convert AirTran's seven international markets and remaining domestic markets to the Southwest brand by the end of 2014.
AirTran is still operating flights out of Orlando International Airport, where it was the fourth-busiest carrier during fiscal year 2013. The airline flew 3.5 million passengers through OIA, or about 10 percent of the airport's passengers.
Southwest bought Orlando-based AirTran Airways in 2011. But as a domestic carrier, Southwest faced a key obstacle in integrating the two carriers because AirTran also flew international routes.
Gary Kelly, Southwest's chief executive officer, said in the company's earnings release that the integration of AirTran resulted in $400 million in annual net pre-tax synergies in 2013.

NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- For investors looking to profit from the rebounding U.S. housing market, stocks in the repair and rebuilding sector such as Home Depot (HD) and Lowe's (LOW) should do better than DR Horton (DHI), Beazer Homes (BZH), and other home builders.
At present, home sales are starting to cool down, according to the National Association of Realtors. But the Remodeling Futures Program at the Joint Center for Housing Studies at Harvard University predicts that remodeling work will increase at a double digit rate for early 2014.
December home sales were the second weakest month for 2013.
Last year, real estate buying was at its highest level since 2006. But investors should not expect that to continue. Joel Narooff, Chief Economist for National Economic Advisors, warned that the pace was simply "not sustainable" due to "mortgage rates likely to move up this year, sales and price gains will likely be half of what we saw last year." Moreover, November's rate was adjusted, so the December sales report was not that bullish.
Even if mortgage rates go up, that will not curtail remodeling work.

BROOKFIELD, CT Upper Macungie Township in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania is located in the corridor between Philadelphia and New York City, with quick and easy access to both of these major metropolitan areas. Since Lehigh County neighbors the East Coast's major markets, regular commuters have realized the ultimate convenience of the countys central location. Therefore it became the ideal location for Compass Business Center, LLC to build 11 flex-office, warehouse-type buildings of varying configuration.
The facilities, which are arranged in nine groups of two, one group of four and one group of five, are situated on approximately four-and-a-half acres of land which was previously an open field. The development is designed in a loop, and a road separates the North and South units. The rest of the site is surrounded by an existing industrial park.
While planning for this new development, engineers from Base Engineering, located in Allentown, Penn., coordinated with contractors from Saylorsburg-based A. Scott Enterprises to install a stormwater management system that would provide detention and infiltration to the site.
The team faced a number of challenges during this project, including the infiltration potential of the soil itself. The infiltration rate turned out to be very slow, so the site needed to be over-excavated in order to replace the existing soil with a two-foot layer of engineered fill.
This special fill is a combination of 80% sand and 20% compost, which allows water to soak into the ground at a rate that is neither too fast nor too slow. This amended soil comes with a certain pre-established infiltration rate which had to be assumed. Once the fill was in place, the engineers were required to recheck the in-place infiltration rate to be sure it either matched or exceeded the rate that was assumed, which was a condition of the permit when it was issued.
The use of CULTEC chambers was very useful in this instance because engineered fill cannot be compressed or it nullifies the infiltration capacity and capability, said Amit Mukherjee, MS, P.E., Base Engineering. The CULTEC chambers are rigid, which helped to even out the load distribution so the fill placed directly beneath them was not compacted.
The site consists of two separate systems, North and South, and CULTECs Recharger 280HD was chosen for the project because the model would provide the 43,560 cu. ft. of total storage required within the smallest footprint while accommodating the site parameters. Each unit is 47 inches wide, 26.5 inches high and offers a bare chamber capacity of 6.08 cubic feet per linear foot of storage capacity. It is designed to retain water until the soil is no longer saturated and is suitable for infiltration back into the ground.
The North system contains 18 rows and 369 chambers while the South system has eight rows with 231 chambers. The 600 chambers combined with a layer of stone provide 44,249 cu. ft. of storage for the site.
A second challenge was encountered by contractors when they were installing the chambers in the South basin. A utility pole and guide wire, which prevents the pole from leaning, was anchored in concrete directly in the middle of the infiltration basin. In order to progress on the site, the contractors installed chambers up to the guide wire and then skipped approximately 15-20 feet while a utility company moved the wire and pole. Once the pole and wire were safely relocated, the contractors were able to return to the South basin and complete the middle section, effectively joining all of the chambers together.
The design plans for the Compass Business Center were reviewed by the township engineer, Keystone Consulting, to verify CULTECs products satisfied a number of Department of Environmental Protection requirements, specifically the infiltration rate could not be less than 1.02 inches per hour, said Frank Daddona, Estimator and Project Manager for A. Scott Enterprises. Since CULTECs system passed this inspection, and they were competitively priced they were chosen over a number of other brands.
