Moscow Mannon is set to make his debut over fences and first start for Henry De Bromhead in the Navan Racecourse Membership Beginners Chase on Saturday.
The seven-year-old won three bumpers for Downpatrick-based Brian Hamilton a couple of seasons ago and finished fourth behind Champagne Fever in the Champion Bumper at the Cheltenham Festival.
He made a decent start to his jumping career last season, winning a novice hurdle at Navan before running well behind the likes of Annie Power and, most recently, Un De Sceaux at the Punchestown Festival.
De Bromhead is pleased to have added the talented gelding to his string and is looking forward to seeing how he fares over the larger obstacles at Navan this weekend.
"He's grand and the plan is to go there. He's a nice horse. We'll see how he gets on," said De Bromhead.
Moscow Mannon's potential opponents include Willie Mullins' high-class juvenile hurdler Blood Cotil, last seen beating stable companion Diakali in an Auteuil Grade Three event in May.

Arkansas Attorney General Dustin McDaniel has filed a lawsuit against a North Little Rock used car dealer Monday for not providing a clear title to customers, changing the terms of contracts and selling vehicles without letting customers know the car had been previously been in a wreck.
The lawsuit alleges that North Little Rock resident Chidi Ukegbu owner of America's Pre-owned Selection located at 1200 and 1222 E. Broadway St. has violated the Arkansas Deceptive Trade Practices Act and the Arkansas Salvage Title Act.
The complaint, which was filed in Pulaski County Circuit Court, accuses Ukegbu of selling vehicles that did not have a clear title at least eight times and hiding information that a vehicle had been salvaged at least one time, according to the attorney general's office.
Ukegbu also is accused of not refunding buyers when "it was apparent that he could not provide a clear title to vehicles," the attorney general's office said in a statement.
Ukegbu also has purportedly changed the financing terms of a contract that results in the customer paying more than originally agreed upon, the complaint states.
McDaniel has asked the circuit court to issue an injunction to stop Ukegbu from "continuing the practices, order him to comply with requests from consumers for refunds and assess civil penalties," according to the news release.
Phone calls to Ukegbu were not immediately returned.

As half of the drywall peels away from the inside of the Grossix Building, the material beneath exposes almost a century of historical structural value of the downtown Iowa City establishment.
Community members admired the nearly completed renovations on Monday as officials announced the coming of a retail store to that space. Tailgate, a vintage-style clothing line, will enter the bottom floor in February 2014. The second and third floors, which are nearing completion, will be remodeled into apartments.
The view from the top and the design of the building vitalizes the Iowa City area, said Vera Gross, the owner of the Grossix Building, 30 S. Clinton St. A lot of this area was used for storage, but now you have two really great places to bring to Iowa City and bringing more people to the downtown area.
Iowa native Todd Snyder created Tailgate in his fathers basement in 1997, and he has partnered with national brands such as Nordstroms, American Eagle, and Urban Outfitters. An official with the Downtown District said there an increasing need for a business such as Tailgate in the area.
There is a high demand for retail downtown, said Nancy Bird, downtown district executive director. [Gross] took her time in finding a tenant who can service the community as well as the students.
Gross family has owned the 1860 building for the past 28 years. In 1985, her mother opened Gilda Imports a furniture, glass, china store in the building. In the past three years, the building has been empty.
The renovation is the sixth of eight projects the Downtown District has supported to restore the structural value of the buildings.
A Downtown District initiative called Iowa City Building Change Program, which began last spring, has supplied Gross with $43,629 for the installation of a sprinkler system and improvements to the buildings faade. The total cost of the renovation is $700,000.
