First Canadian asset acquisition marks strategic entry into growing market for pest control leader

MEMPHIS , Tenn. , Aug. 15, 2013 /CNW/ - Terminix, the world's largest pest and termite control provider, announced today its entry into the Canadian pest control market with the acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Toronto -based Magical Pest Control.
