Demolition Chris - A UMvC3 Chris Combo Video
Took a while but finally got it done. This is my 1st combo video starring Chris Redfield. Video covers practical combos, throw combos, X-Factor level 1 combos, a few grenades here there and the inevitable "reset" for those who know what I #39;m talking about. Spencer #39;s Slant Wire Grapple assist is present throughout the video. After MvC3, I had a short character crisis. I wound up picking Chris and I have stuck with him ever since. Although he has his shortcomings, he is a underrated character packing a lot of life, damage potential and projectiles strong enough to make people cringe.

The fate of the Rossdale power plant now sits with the provincial government which may soon be asked to rescind the site's historic designation to clear the way for a demolition.
The decommissioned EPCOR power plant and two smaller pump houses received the designation from the province in 2001.
However, the city has recently learned that it would cost $7.4 million to stabilize the structures.
The full cost of making the buildings usable for commercial purposes is estimated at $87 million, which has led city politicians to question whether they are worth saving.
Donna Clare, an architect with the firm that reviewed the structures, believes they could be transformed into an attraction with shops and restaurants like Vancouvers Granville Island.
But Mayor Stephen Mandel said that would be a costly prospect as the buildings have no heat, electrical or mechanical systems.
The city asked EPCOR to request that the province rescind the historic designation to clear the way for a possible demolition.
Matthew Wangler from Alberta Culture said the buildings are a local landmark that have value to the rest of Alberta. He said the province's preference is that the structures be adapted for a new use.
"We have here a very unique piece of history," he said. "The great concern that I have is that this might get torn down and nothing would develop here for quite some time."
Alberta Culture has yet to receive a request from EPCOR.

Demolition experts brought in after Putney Hospital partly collapses
5:00am Wednesday 13th February 2013 in News
Part of disused Putney Hospital has collapsed forcing Wandsworth Council to bring in demolition experts.
Concerned dog-walkers and residents inundated the Wandsworth Guardian news desk on Monday morning after spotting the building's crumbling walls tumbling to the floor.
The site, situated on the north side of Putney Common, is enclosed by high walls but the noise of the collapse drew a number of worried bystanders to the scene.
A spokesman for the council said: "An internal wall, within the vacant nurses' accommodation block at the rear of this long-derelict hospital site, has collapsed.
"In order to make the rest of the building safe our dangerous structures contractor is now carrying out limited demolition work."
The hospital closed services to patients in 1998 and has remained vacant ever since.

Demolition began Tuesday morning at Paso Robles' Oak Park housing complex.

Homes that have been part of Paso Robles low-income housing scene since World War II started their new beginning Tuesday as the first phase to modernize Oak Park kicked off its construction.
The work is the first of a four-phase project to tear down the complexs 148 deteriorated units and replace them with 302 new, energy-efficient apartments on the citys northwest side.
The roughly $25 million first phase is expected to continue for 12 to 14 months.
Oak Park was originally built in 1941 for families of Army personnel at Camp Roberts. In 1943, Oak Park was converted into low-income housing for the public.
First-phase families have been temporarily relocated and can return after construction is complete. Other families remain living there. Twenty of the units will be provided to farmworker families.
The Housing Development Consulting Corp., a Salinas-based nonprofit organization, is the projects developer in partnership with the Paso Robles Housing Authority.

The Alexis Village Board on Monday approved an ordinance regulating the demolition of a structure within the village.
The owner must obtain a permit from the village clerk describing the owner, address and names of those performing the work. Those doing the work must submit a certificate of insurance. The property owner will be responsible for securing utility connections, such as capping the sewer line, disconnecting water service, natural gas and electricity, and filling abandoned cisterns or wells. The owner is responsible for all costs and expenses associated with securing the premises.
Other parts of the ordinance cover demolition requirements, hazardous substances, prevailing wage penalties and more. Village Clerk Jenny McKeown was authorized by the board to view the villages financial information online. She also will pay the Illinois state withholding tax online.
The board discussed past due water bills. Water bills are sent out by the 5th of each month and are due by the 20th of the month. They are considered past due when not paid by the 21st. The board approved applying a 10 percent penalty on each bill that is overdue. The penalty does not include the fee for turning the water supply back on when it is shut off.
We have to do something about these water bills that are overdue every month, said Mayor Dale Oberhaus.
A donation of $150 was approved for the second annual Easter egg hunt scheduled for March 23. The annual event is at the United North Campus grounds.
Treasurer Ange Corben reported that Mediacom had paid the village for the rental of ground where the cable TV equipment is located. The yearly amount is $1,083. Corben also reported that the motor fuel tax audit for years 2002 through 2011 had been satisfactorily completed.
New stop, yield, speed limit, and other signs will replace old signs throughout the village at a cost of $2,487.
The next board meeting is at 7 p.m. March 11 in the Community Center.
