If youve visited our office in the past youve met our receptionist/ greeter / companion Roma. She was here at the office for 16 years and thanks to the exceptional care given by Dr. Julian at Lazy 5 Vets, she was quite comfortable in her final years. We had to say goobye to her on May 18,2013. We sure do miss her. The office was lonely and not the same without her; so we were blessed by adding Mia to our pack here at CMA.Mia was adopted from Kreitzer's Critter Corral Puppy Rescue. She definitely keeps us on our toes. She is very friendly and quite the thief! Come visit Mia - she loves to play!

Any person may file a complaint against an unlicensed individual for a single act of unauthorized or illegal practice or representing himself or herself to the public as an architect.

With 2015 soon coming to a close, we would like to remind you that in order to renew your license for 2016-2017 next May, you must have 12 hours of HSW related CE by December 31, 2015. Questions related to CE should be directed to Tyler Barrick at tyler@ncbarch.org

Complete set of tracks for 1 drawer or roll out tray. Includes adapter brackets and screws. Sold as a complete set. All 4 pieces must be replaced. Fits standard 24" deep Merillat base cabinets (not vanities). Please note: The adapter brackets that come with this set are different than what you currently have, but will work with this track and the existing holes in your cabinet.

This track doesn't work if you have the newer dovetailed wood drawer with the undermount glides. It also doesn't work if you have the really old, aluminum colored, single undermount track that goes down the middle.

Intro

Vinyl siding cuts easily, goes up quickly, produces uniform reveals almost automatically, and needs minimal caulking and no painting. But don't take the job lightly: The walls must be well-prepared and the pieces installed correctly to prevent leaks and siding failure.

With vinyl siding, some moisture will seep behind the siding and must be allowed to escape at the bottom around weep holes, much like those in a brick wall. Seepage won't be a problem if you correctly install building wrap and flashings or if the underlying siding is in sound condition.

The higher the vinyl gauge -- that is, the thicker it is -- the better it will perform: 0.048-inch-thick vinyl is significantly stronger than 0.040-inch-thick vinyl. Vinyl siding does not need to be painted.

The basic rule is "hang loose." Because vinyl expands and contracts with changes in the weather, nails should not be driven fully tight, and pieces should be cut so there are 1/4-inch gaps between panels and trims.
