VIP interior designer Tracey Lucas is on the move from Toorak following her high-profile ex-husband snaring what was Melbourne's biggest prestige sale last year.
Ms Lucas has listed a luxurious and contemporary family home in a small street off St Georges Road.
Across three levels, 5 Ultimo Court includes massive formal and casual sitting rooms, three bedrooms, a study and five bathrooms.
Ms Lucas' client list includes BHP Billitonchairman and former Ford director Jac Nasser, Flight Centre co-founder Geoff Harris and the Kirby family of Village Roadshow fame.

Malvern Road restaurant Bistro Thierry is also a Tracey Lucas creation.
The designer's home isalsoonly a few hundred metres from 14St Georges Road which ex-husband, restaurateur Chris Lucas sold for almost $24 million last September, in what was the biggest deal reported in Victoria last year.
Mr Lucas whose venues include the trendy Chin Chin, Baby and Kong has moved into another nearby house onTowers Road, which his partnergirlfriendSarah Lew bought for $18.6 million in July.
Sarah is the former daughter-in-law of retail magnate Solomon Lew.

Nate Berkus is a dad.
The celebrity interior designer welcomed a baby girl with Jeremiah Brent. The little girl, named Poppy Brent-Berkus, was born via surrogate on Monday.
Berkus announced the news on Facebook:
The longtime couple wed last May at the New York Public Library in front of about 200 guests, including family and celebrity pals.

Berkus, 43, and Brent, 30, who's also a designer, got engaged in 2013 in Peru.
At the time, Berkus told CBS News, "It's been really interesting. Being engaged is such a strange stage because you're not married and you're not dating. It's interesting the questions people ask when you're engaged. They want to know every detail about the wedding."

Nate Berkus and husband Jeremiah Brent are parents of a baby girl, the interior designer and TV personality announced Wednesday.
"Jeremiah & I are thrilled to announce the arrival of our daughter, Poppy Brent-Berkus, born via surrogate on March 23, 2015," Berkus wrote on Facebook. "We are so excited to finally be a family of 3!"
The Oprah Winfrey BFF and his spouse, who formerly worked with stylist Rachel Zoe on "The Rachel Zoe Project" and now has his ownfull-service interior design firm with locations in New York and L.A., announced in September that they were expecting a child.
"As anyone with a newborn knows, we have our work cut out for us but couldn't be happier to be embarking on this life changing journey that is parenthood," Berkus said Wednesday.
The twogot engaged in Machu Picchu, Peru, in April 2013 after dating for about nine months. Theywere married last May in the first same-sex wedding to be performed at Manhattan's New York Public Library.

MILTON, Mass.
An electrician in Massachusetts came across a chilling discovery when inspecting a home that was for sale: the house was wired to explode.
The chief of police in Milton stated that the explosive device was designed to cause significant destruction after the previous tenants had moved out.

It is those tenants that are suspected of setting up the device which would go off when a certain light switch, which was connected to a jug of accelerant, was turned on.
"The switch sets off a spark and the gas explodes, the police chief explains, whoever flipped the switch, once the power was back on, would have no idea they were doing it."
Thankfully, the power to the home had been shut off after the house hadnt passed inspection.
The bomb squad took several hours to disable the wiring that spanned multiple rooms.
The people who had set up the explosive device took care to try to hide the bomb, concealing it behind a newly plastered closet wall.
The previous tenants, who moved out last week, are also suspected of pouring concrete down the drains of the home.

CHARLESTON - A home security system helped Montgomery County sheriff's investigators make quick work of a suspected burglary after they distributed sharp images of three men entering a Charleston residence who were then identified early Wednesday.
The Montgomery County Sheriff's Department said the home's security system captured the images of the suspects as they entered the house twice, according to Investigator Joseph P. Kilmartin.
But late Wednesday morning, Kilmartin said the men who were identified told police they entered the residence because they were working for a foreclosure company at the time.
"This has been confirmed but the investigation is continuing as the residence was not in foreclosure at the time," Kilmartin said in a statement. "The sheriff's office is attempting to contact the foreclosure company and the bank involved to see why this residence was on the list of foreclosures."
