Another important maintenance step is applying a good sealer about once a year to further protect the deck from twisting or splintering due to weather elements like heavy snow. It really helps a lot, as an effective sealer can extend the life of a deck by years, he adds. And since its only necessary to apply it once every year or so, everyone with a deck should ensure they take this preventative step. DJ E-Z Rock
The man behind the decks of one of hip-hop's classic tracks has passed away.
Rodney Bryce, who was known among the music community asDJ E-Z Rock, diedSundayat the age of 46, reportsRolling Stone. The cause of death is still unknown.
Bryce teamed up withMC Rob Basefor the dancefloor anthem "It Takes Two," a 1988 single that would go on to become of hip-hop's most recognizable tracks. The duo's debut albumIt Takes Two, which also featured the familiar song "Joy and Pain," would go platinum and charted as high as number 31 on the Billboard 200.

A plumbing repair at a classroom in Park Hills Elementary led to a mold discovery. And that, according to a report from eveningsun.com published on April 28, 2014, caused an emergency evacuation. Meanwhile, to help the public kill mold fast and safe without the need to evacuate, My Cleaning Products recommended a mold spray made with organic ingredients.
In the report, it was said that the mold problem was found in classroom 204 of the school on April 28. Particularly, it was growing on the sink unit and the adjoining drawers.
Shortly after the fungus was discovered, the report relayed that the teacher and the students were transferred and the room was sealed. Following that, it stated that the remediation was then started. And as it detailed, that could take up the whole week, although the air-quality testing may take longer.
Below is a part of the said report.
Park Hills Elementary students were evacuated from classroom 204 on April 28 when mold was discovered during a scheduled plumbing repair.
The mold was found inside the classroom's sink unit and connecting drawers, said Superintendent Barb Rupp.
Because mold could cause various health problems, exposure to their spores must be avoided. The way to do that is to prevent its presence, said My Cleaning Products.
However, given that it only takes a little moisture for it to grow and spread, it could get past the preventive steps. Given that, MCP stressed that one must always have a mold removal spray prepared. That way, the spores could be eliminated promptly and the worse of its effects could be evaded successfully.
Nonetheless, it only recommended the use of Molderizer. As it reasoned, that's because other mold remediation products are made with harsh chemicals that could endanger health.
