PULTE TO OPEN NEWEST PHASE AT TRILLIUM: Pulte Homes has opened a new phase with 80 home sites at Trillium, off County Line Road just east of the Suncoast Parkway. One- and two-story single-family homes in the newest phase range from three to six bedrooms and are priced from $131,990, with optional covered lanais and extended garages.

The community features a resort-style swimming pool with cabanas, a shaded children's playground and a multipurpose playing field. The decorated Compton model home is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and from noon to 6 p.m. each Wednesday and Sunday.
