Minto Communities and Lauderdale-By-The-Sea officials and community leaders gathered on March 4, 2015 for a groundbreaking ceremony of the Oceanfront North Residences at Villas By The Sea. Afterwards a ribbon-cutting ceremony celebrated the grand opening of the new Villas By The Sea sales center located at 236 Commercial Boulevard in Lauderdale-By-The-Sea. In attendance were Lauderdale-By-The-Sea Mayor, Scot Sasser; Lauderdale-By-The-Sea Chamber of Commerce President, Courtney Stanford, and Lauderdale-By-The-Sea Chamber Board Chair, Tom Balcom.
