Following on from our theme of pool cabanas from yesterday, were taking this concept even further today, when we take a look at pool houses.

So, whats the difference, we hear you ask.

As you can see from the photo above, swimming pool cabanas, as they are also known, are usually split into two distinct parts:

The following illustrations will give you some additional ideas of what a swimming pool cabana might look like:

But if youd rather see a more realistic, actual photograph, then the gazebo pool house to the right is representative, clearly showing the two very distinct halves of the cabana.

These poolhouses are very flexible, and when you order one, youll find a wide range of options you can choose from, including the colour, flooring, railings, types of windows, doors, deck screen, shingles, roof type and cupola, electrical supply, fans, and more.

This means you can more or less custom-design your own poolhouse cabana in just a few minutes online.

The photo to the left shows a few interior shots of this particular cabana, and as you can see, if you choose one of the larger models (they are available anywhere from about 12 x 20 feet, up to 14 x 32 feet), you can have a lot of space in which to arrange furniture, storage units whatever, you want, really.

For example, if you go for the pre-wired electrical kit, and you also have water plumbed in, now youre ready for some goodies.
