Submitted The Players Club & Spa at Lely Resort in Naples is undergoing a two-year expansion.

Stock Development registered 29 more new homes sales across its Southwest Florida communities in September, bringing total sales for the year to 318.

In addition, the company has started more than 300 homes for this year through the first of October. Stock is now building in eight communities throughout Lee and Collier counties.

According to Brian Stock, CEO of Stock Development, the company signed contracts worth more than $11.74 million. This brings total sales for the year to $146.3 million.

"Our summer sales were incredibly strong," said Stock. "We sold homes in styles ranging from flats and town homes to custom-built estate homes. Sales are up 93.3 percent for the month of September compared to last year and year-to-date sales volume is up 33.1 percent over 2011. Dollar volume is up 90.1 percent in September and 44.5 percent year-to-date."

Stock has been aggressive in its new home starts in 2012 to build up an inventory home program. The company responded to increased demand by expanding its building program across all product types throughout Southwest Florida.

At Lely Resort, eight neighborhoods of flats, town homes, coach homes, twin villas, single-family homes and estate homes are offered with prices beginning in the $200s. Lely has earned five consecutive Community of the Year awards.

Homeowners have access to the Players Club & Spa and some of Naples finest amenities. The Players Club & Spa, which currently offers over 20,000 square feet under air, is undergoing a two-year expansion that will dramatically increase its size and add seven additional tennis courts. The Players Club & Spa provides an extraordinary value for nongolfers with an abundance of activities coordinated by a full-time staff, including saunas and whirlpools and a 3,500-square-foot fitness center.

Outside is a 7,500-square-foot resort-style swimming pool and a 2,500-square-foot exercise and lap pool with cabanas. There is a new full kitchen at the Tiki Bar, which has seven 50-inch flat screen TVs and a tennis facility. Bark Park is for the exclusive use of members who are dog owners.
