Trilogy at The Polo Club, a resort community by award-winning developer Trilogy by Shea Homes, has announced it will break ground on its highly anticipated 25,000 square foot community club on October 18th. Trilogys new exclusive resort club, which is also called The Polo Club, will offer an innovative collection of enriching lifestyle experiences and will pay homage to the culture and history of the Coachella Valley. The Polo Club is planned to include several unique dining venues, cutting-edge fitness programs, sparkling pools, social spaces, an event center, outdoor sport and recreation areas, and more.

To commemorate this momentous occasion, Trilogy invites the public to celebrate the groundbreaking on October 18th from 10 a.m. 2 p.m. PST. Guests in attendance will enjoy gourmet food trucks, live music and can also tour Trilogys SheaSolar and SheaXero No Electric Bill Homes. Additional details can be found below:

Those who wish to attend may RSVP to Patti Wright from Shea Homes. She may be reached at pattiwright(at)sheahomes(dot)com or at 760-342-2465.

Trilogys new club was inspired by the iconic Southern Pacific Depot Station & Hotel that once defined the social scene of the area, said Ryan Smith, Trilogy at The Polo Club general manager. Much like that area hotspot, our new club combines dining, relaxation, and exciting programming to create a place where people can meet, have fun and feel enriched. Our club pairs an exceptional lifestyle with a fresh design that invokes a contemporary twist on the areas mid-century style. It honors the areas history and sets a new bar for luxury at the same time.

Luxury Amenities Come to Trilogy

Trilogy at The Polo Club is an all-ages community with select 55+ neighborhoods, and has designed amenities that will be just as dynamic as the people who use them. The new club will offer homeowners and guests five innovative culinary venues. June Hills Table recognizes June Hill, one of the Coachella Valleys most renowned and important founding residents, and will be a warm and welcoming place that features fresh fare, locally-sourced produce, spices and herbs from the community garden, and breathtaking vistas of the iconic Santa Rosa mountain range.

Homeowners will also be able to enjoy anything from TV and movie viewing parties to special event dinners to their own private events with friends and families at McCarrolls Kitchen, which features a professional chefs kitchen and a large-screen, high-definition television all set in a stylish, fun party space where homeowners can get together with friends or new neighbors.

If youre looking for something quick and easy, The Market Place may be the best option. One part Starbucks, one part sandwich shop and one part grocery store, The Market Place is the ideal place for breakfast or grabngo lunch.

On the other hand, The Cuverie brings private, specialty dining to life. Translated from French, Cuverie refers to an area where the true artisanship of winemaking takes place. Here, the chefs will bring their true artisan nature to your private anniversaries, birthdays or other special occasions.
