Construction continues on the Delamar Mystic Hotel on the grounds of Mystic Seaport Museum, on the site of the former Latitude 41 restaurant, which closed last year. The luxury boutique hotel, spa, and restaurant will feature 33 guest rooms, a waterfront restaurant, a 2,600-square-foot ballroom, an event lawn, and a pool, according to a release from Mystic Seaport Museum. Greenwich Hospitality Group is the developer. The hotel is planning a fall 2024 opening. The Acadia, a 21 foot transatlantic racing sailboat is in the foreground. Harold Hanka, Special to the Sun
