Ruby Suites, an upscale serviced residence and restaurant project that blossomed from the former Burgans Furniture buildings three blocks north of the Division Street bridge, is scheduled to open later thismonth.

The one-bedroom apartments 30 finished, plus another 16 under construction are intended primarily for long-term business travelers. Amenities include linen, laundries and furnished kitchens. Tenants will have access to a fitness center, conference room and rooftopdeck.

Rates depend on length of stay, but will be less expensive than standard hotels, and include weeklyhousekeeping.
