An addition to the back of their Keswick home brings year-round enjoyment for the whole family

Every morning, you'll find Sandra and Joe Da Costa perched on a bar stool, enjoying a freshly brewed cup of coffee and taking in the panoramic landscape. The idea for the sunroom began about 18 months ago with the couple contemplating a three-season addition. During the planning stages, it changed to become a room that they could enjoy the entire year, with heating, air conditioning and a stunning floor-to-ceiling gas fireplace.
