Guillens Plumbing Showroom – Video - November 28, 2012 by Mr HomeBuilder

    Guillens Plumbing Showroom
The story of Guillen #39;s begins in 1973. At that time, after having served in Vietnam as a US Navy Seabee, Master Plumber Jose Guillen started Guillen #39;s with his wife Yolanda. Back then, it was just Jose, Yolanda, a single truck and a dream. Once Jose #39;s grandfather designed the Guillen #39;s logo (the same logo that is being used to this day), hand-painted on its first truck, Guillen #39;s was ready to go. It began primarily as a warranty repair service for most plumbing and whirlpool brands. At that time, Guillen #39;s service area was mostly limited to Southeast Florida, but steadily expanded. Business began growing, and soon Jose and Yolanda decided to open their plumbing showroom. The Guillen #39;s showroom opened in 1975. It was so revolutionary that it set forth industry standards which are still being used to this day. Though the showroom has grown in size and in the amount of products offered, it is firmly rooted in the tradition set forth by Jose and Yolanda nearly 40 years ago.From:GuillensPlumbingViews:6 0ratingsTime:01:35More inHowto Style

Indoor Water Flooding - Denver Plumbing Repair
Indoor Water flooding - Denver Plumbing repair http://www.aaatoday.com Indoor Water Safety Tips Our team of plumbers at AAA Service wants to remind homeowners that water in the home isn #39;t just inconvenient mdash;it can be hazardous to your health. Here are some safety tips when dealing with water in your home If your home is flooded, never turn power on or off or use an electric appliance while standing in water. Turn off the main power from a dry location. If there is no dry area, call one of our trained electricians before doing anything else. Don #39;t turn the power back on until the electrician has made a thorough check of the system. Open doors and windows to air the home out for 30 minutes before you spend time inside. If your home has been shut for days because of the flooding, assume it #39;s contaminated with mold and wear breathing protection. It may also be contaminated with sewage, so call a plumber to help make sure drains are flowing. Dry out your home as quickly as possible with fans, dehumidifiers, a wet-dry shop vacuum, a powered water transfer or sump pump. Wear rubber boots. If you must use gasoline-powered equipment, keep the generator outside the home, even if the windows are open, to avoid carbon monoxide dangers. Open windows aren #39;t enough to dissipate the generator #39;s fumes. Fans should blow the air out, otherwise you can blow mold in. Do not turn on heating, ventilating or air conditioning until your home passes a qualified inspection. Be sure to recheck all drainage ...From:TheAaa2dayViews:0 0ratingsTime:01:53More inEducation

New Super Mario Bros 2 DLC remembers the plumber’s past - November 28, 2012 by Mr HomeBuilder

There are two great things about Nintendo embracing a connected future for gaming: it allows Nintendo to release DLC for its games (more on that in just a minute) and it also allows the company to track gameplay data and give us the insane statistics we all crave. For instance, did you know that 3DS gamers across the globe have collected 300 billion coins in New Super Mario Bros. 2? Thats a lot of coins, and to celebrate Nintendo has released new DLC for New Super Mario Bros. 2 thats free for a short time.

If youve been a lifelong Mario fan, then this DLC is definitely for you. It takes levels from the old NES-era Mario games and remakes them for New Super Mario Bros. 2s Coin Rush mode. Officially dubbed the Gold Classics Pack, the DLC pack contains three courses inspired by levels in the original Super Mario Bros. and Super Mario Bros. 3. The first course in the pack brings together the first two levels of Super Mario Bros., while the second course will be familiar to those of us who played Super Mario Bros. 3 non-stop when we were kids. For the third course in the pack, were going back to Super Mario Bros. for a romp through Bowsers castle, ending with a battle against the meanest Koopa the Mushroom Kingdom has ever seen.

Nintendo has already won major points by revisiting classic Mario level, but even better is the fact that this DLC will be free through January 31, 2013. Once February arrives, the DLC will cost $2.50, which really isnt bad when you consider how much some publishers like to charge for DLC. Nintendo president Satoru Iwata revealed the DLC in a new Nintendo Direct Mini stream, which also you tells you how to go about downloading the Gold Classics Pack. Check out the video below.

The DLC is available starting today, so have at it. At the very least, make sure you use SpotPass to nab the DLC before it becomes a paid download on February 1, 2013. What do you think of this latest DLC offering for New Super Mario Bros. 2 is it nice to see classic levels re-imagined, or were you hoping for something different?
