Chris Brown has listed his three-bedroom, four-story Hollywood Hills home for $1.92 million, according to Zillow.
It's a fairly typical bachelor pad, with black floors and countertops, plus blue neon exterior lights that gives it a distinct nightclub feel.
The house used to have some more distinguishing features, however. After neighbors complained that graffiti creatures on the house's walls were just too scary, Brown was ordered to repaint the front of his home.
"There are lots of babies, lots of children, and they're literally frightened. It's like devils on the wall big scary eyes and big scary teeth, and just the whole vibe is not what we're used to," a neighbor said to the Los Angeles Times in May.
The murals were painted over in July, though Brown claims that it was only because he is trying to sell the house.

The countertops that flank most cheap BBQs are fairly breakable, and can get gross pretty easily as dust settles into their crevices. If they arent cutting it anymore, you can class your BBQ up with some cheap TV trays.
Once you find some suitable TV trays, youll want to remove their legs, and apply a solid coat of water seal to the trays themselves. Once theyre dry, take the side tables off of your grill, along with any excess plastic bits that held them in place, making sure to salvage the screws and bolts. Then, mark where the new tray will attach, and bore out some holes with a spade bit and a drill. Attach the bolts with some wood glue, and youve got yourself faux butcher side tables that will make seriously beef up your BBQ.
Even with water seal, this trick is probably safer if you keep your BBQ covered most of the time, but the trays should hold up well with minimal care. Be sure to check out the Instructable for a complete guide.

On a white sheet of paper, Tessa Groshoff spills hersecrets.
She swirls, lines and scribbles to tell her stories in the universal language of art that words simply cannotconvey.
Art is my way of communicating, she said. I believe a persons voice can be heard without words. Each stroke is a memory to be created or released, and each stroke has a purpose whether it is dark orlight.
To her friends, Groshoff is a groovy girl or a kumbayah girl, embodying all that was right in the 1960s, including the ideas of peace and freedom, and

BUILDING BULLETIN: Local real-estate investment and construction company Covelop Collaborative Development is hoping to attract a national chain to its newest project --a 4,662-square-foot retail/restaurant space in San Luis Obispo.
Leasing agent Preston Thomas of Rossetti Co. said construction of the building, located at 2256 Broad St. near Fresh & Easy, will be completed in mid-January and can be filled by one to four tenants.
Covelop is hoping to attract a national chain to the building, Thomas said, though it also is looking for local independent businesses to fill some spots.
No tenants have been confirmed, he said.
The cost per square foot is $3.25, and sizes range between 1,082 square feet to the entire 4,662-square-foot space. The construction will feature an on-site parking lot as well as a patio area for customers.
