Sewer & Drain Cleaning DivisionWe have an extensive drain cleaning division equipped with an array of high-pressure water, sewer jet, and rotary cable cleaning machines. We can clean, unclog, or de-ice almost any pipeline from 1" to 48" in diameter.
For example, we clean main sanitary sewers, sewer lines from the house foundation to the street main or septic tank, sink lines, bathtubs, laundry lines, floor drains, toilets, urinals, agricultural manure lines, culverts, foundation drains, storm drain lines, leach field lines, and electrical conduits. If you have a sewage backup, call us day or night, and we'll be there promptly.
Camera and Locating DivisionIf your septic tank needs to be pumped but you can't find it, we have specialized locating equipment to find it for you. One such piece of equipment is a flushable radio transmitter that when flushed down the toilet can be located with a handheld receiver, thus showing us the location of the tank.
Our other locating transmitters can be attached to the jet hose or "snake" and are followed as they go down the line. To view the interior of your sewer or drain lines, we have a color television camera on a flexible push rod. The picture on the monitor can be digitally recorded and narrated to provide you with a detailed analysis of the condition of the pipeline.
There is also a locating transmitter on the camera head that enables us to locate its underground position, thus determining the exact area of excavation, if required. This equipment is designed for 3" to 6" sewer and drain lines within the building, under concrete slabs, and in sewer laterals. Short sections of sanitary mains up to 10" can also be inspected. Before you dig all over on your property or someone else's looking for that sewer line or septic tank, give us a call!

Poker Room Will Add 12 More Tables, Outdoor Fountain Terrace To Be Enhanced
The Casino at Hialeah Park will undergo immediate and ongoing expansion and enhancement according to plans announced today by the management of Hialeah Park. The comprehensive $60,000,000 program, scheduled for completion by the end of 2015, includes expansion and enhancement of the Poker Room, renovations to the outdoor entertainment venue known as the Fountain Terrace, and the eventual addition of 235 state-of-the-art slot and gaming machines in the expanded Casino. The Casinos Poker Room, which opened in August of 2013, will be expanded by 12 tables. The Poker Room, currently featuring 25 tables, offers the best variety of card games for South Florida poker aficionados, including Texas Hold Em, Seven Card Stud, and Omaha Hi-Lo.
With the recent closing of the Poker Room at Calder Race Course, we believe this is the perfect time to increase the size and amenities of the Hialeah Park Casino Poker Room, said Hialeah President John J. Brunetti, Jr. In addition to more poker tables, we will also expand the dining facilities and sports bar in the Poker Room area. The outdoor bar, lounge, and entertainment venue known as the Fountain Terrace, located outside the south entrance of the Casino, will be enhanced with an overhead covering for the comfort of patrons and performers. In addition, Hialeah Park will construct a state-of-the-art simulcasting theater, which will offer pari-mutuel wagering on horse racing from major tracks in the United States and around the world.
The Brunetti family remains committed to the long term goal of revitalizing this iconic landmark and returning Hialeah Park The Grand Dame to her past glory, added Hialeah Vice President & General Manager Randall Soth. We believe this comprehensive expansion program will enable Hialeah Park to continue to attract visitors and patrons from South Florida and all over the world for decades to come.
Additionally, Hialeah Park Chairman John J. Brunetti, Sr. reiterated Hialeah Parks goal to see Thoroughbred horse racing return to this historic venue. He expressed his continuing desire to work with Frank Stronach and the entire Gulfstream Park organization to create a year-round Thoroughbred program to reflect and support Mr. Stronachs commitment to the growth and success of the Thoroughbred industry in the state of Florida.
Hialeah Park The Worlds Most Beautiful Race Course is one of Miamis most iconic destinations. For more information, please call 786-483-7444 or visit http://www.hialeahpark.com.

Work has begun on a new main entrance at Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital, adding more traffic cones, construction cranes and workers in hard hats to the campus near Lake Barrington, but also signaling further progress in the facility's $247 million modernization project expected to finish in 2017. Officials say the new entrance will provide a much-needed facelift to the 35-year-old hospital. Full story.
Investigators are working to determine what sparked an early morning fire yesterday that left a downtown Naperville restaurant uninhabitable and caused an estimated $200,000 in damage to its building. No one was injured in the fire, which was reported at 6:13 a.m. by a passer-by that noticed a large amount of smoke coming from Rizzo's restaurant and bar at 6 W. Jefferson Ave., according to the Naperville Fire Department. Full story.
Daily Herald Law Affairs Writer Harry Hitzeman reports in his column this week about a phone scam that targeted two St. Charles residents. "Everyone hates paying taxes and the letters "IRS" are enough to strike fear in the hearts of the bravest people," Hitzeman writes. "So when two St. Charles residents got calls on June 26 and June 27 from people claiming to be IRS agents, saying arrests were imminent if past due taxes were not paid immediately, it's easy to see why they complied. Except it was all a scam, St. Charles police say." Full column.
The dogs had their day during the Frontier Days pet parade yesterday at Arlington Heights' Recreation Park. More than 50 pets, mostly dogs but also a cat and a guinea pig, participated in the event sponsored by Animal Feeds and Needs. Pets competed in five categories: best costume, best trick, cutest pet, most unusual and looks most like its owner. "I love it. It's amazing how everyone brings out their little pets," said parade organizer Carmella Lowth. "Everyone wants to win a prize." Full Frontier Days story. Other weekend festival stories: Naperville Ribfest and the Mundelein Community Days parade.
"It's a sport, not a ride," reads one sign posted on the observation deck of the new iFly indoor sky-diving center in Naperville. The sport is an adrenaline rush that simulates the free fall of outdoor sky diving, and it became available Friday to thrill-seekers who want to stop one step short of jumping out of an airplane. Prakash recounts his horrifying nightmare:
Amar and I along with two others were working on the seventh floor in an apartment facing the front of the building. Some time after 4 that afternoon there was loud thunder, lightning and heavy rains. After a while the power went off. It was quite dark and we were unable to continue with our work.
I was thirsty, so I walked into the opposite flat, which faced the back, to drink some water. Amar and the others remained in the flat.
I had barely reached the flat when I felt a tremor. My immediate thought was that it was an earthquake. I crouched against one corner of a wall and waited for it to stop. But there was this extremely loud rumbling noise and the entire building started to tremble. It was a totally unbelievable moment; I could barely understand what was happening.
I remember thinking that since I was going to die anyway, I should probably jump off the building. I even called out to Amar, but just like that, within a blink of an eye, I saw everything collapse all at once. I felt myself going down with the entire structure, which just tumbled down like it was made out of dried wood.
When everything settled, I found myself enclosed in a small area about 3 feet wide. One huge slab above my head had fallen diagonally leaving a small space in between.
At first I was terrified, I kept screaming for help. I was afraid that no one would hear me and I would probably die here.
But after a few hours I could hear noises above and I calmed myself. I slowly cleared some of the small pieces of debris lying near me and made some more space. I felt that I would be rescued soon, but the nightmare continued.
Though I never felt hungry, I was extremely thirsty and finally forced myself to drink my own urine. I dozed off and on and had no idea how much time had passed or whether it was day or night. Sometimes when I heard loud noises or machines being operated overhead, I was frightened thinking something might collapse over my head.
It was only on Tuesday afternoon that I could establish communication with the rescue team. I could see a distant light and hear voices more clearly and much closer.
