Marta's team was great. they spent over 2 hours cleaning everything in my home. The price was very reasonable, even adding in shampooing my sofa. The sofa came out great and smells fresh. Marta does a great job communicating details, when the crew will be showing up, and quick to answer questions as needed.

I was very underwhelmed by this cleaning service. The booking process was quick and easy and the team was lovely but overall the clean was superficial. I just had New Jersey cleaning service clean my house for the first time today and I am extremely disappointed. I was charged more for this cleaning as it was to be an initial deeper cleaning. If leaving the toilets with stains, not dusting furniture or wiping down your kitchen counters is a deeper clean then I'd hate to see what they do for the lesser priced cleaning. I never leave reviews but felt that I needed to save someone else from wasting their hard earned money on this service. The only response I received was to thank me for my feedback. No offer to come back or to refund my $165!! DO NOT USE THIS CLEANING SERVICE!!!Now, after posting the bad review I'm being offered an apology and 50% back. Still wouldn't use this service if you're looking for a good house cleaning!

I've been using their services for over a year now. Marta and her team are absolutely amazing!! Their rates are also extremely reasonable while doing a spectacular job. I had a stained bathtub that no matter how hard I tried to clean myself, couldn't get out. I called to schedule a super deep cleaning of a rental property after tenants moved out. They quoted is 550-700. Seemed reasonable considering the amount of work. Three people showed up and were at the house for a few hours. I had my mother there to show them around while I was working. After a couple hours she had to bring them around to show them everything they forgot. They left while it was dark and I went the next day to see how it came out and I was extremely disappointed. So things were still absolutely filthy. The owner came back when I told her and "redid" a few things over the course of an hour. Whatever cleaners they used mad everything super sticky and they destroyed all the bottoms of my kitchen drawers. I only blame myself for not doing more research but Yelp seemed to like them.
